Official Plan Amendment (File OP.22.007)
5655 - 5781 Highway 7 and 7700 - 7714 Martin Grove Road
On February 7th, 2023, at the City of Vaughan, Committee of the Whole (Public Meeting) Council received comments from the public on the Official Plan Amendment (File OP.22.007) application from the Martin Grove and Highway 7 Landowners.

The owner submitted the following application for the subject lands:

to permit a phased high-rise mixed-use master plan consisting of 10 residential apartment blocks totalling 13 buildings with at-grade commercial uses
-
a maximum height of 28-storeys
-
a maximum Floor Space Index (FSI) of 5.62 times the area of the lot
-
a total of 3,390 units spanning 3 phases
-
various public and private roads, public parks and privately owned public spaces (POP)

At this time The WWHA, Inc. requested that we be permitted to sit down with the representatives of the landowners to provide our comments and feedback.

The WWHA, Inc., Councillor Adrian Volpentesta and surrounding area ratepayers have been meeting with the representative of the landowners since March 2023.
​
During our meetings we focused on specific project related matters including transportation and parking, height and built form, and public realm.
